I saw a show where they did a tobacco infusion on ice cream for this high cuisine guy, Anthony Bourdain, at an exclusive restaurant in Napa CA called French Laundry. He seemed to like it. 

&quot;For his &quot;degenerate smoker&quot; guest, Keller prepared a surprise—a course he called &quot;coffee and a cigarette,&quot; featuring tobacco-infused coffee custard with foie gras. Bourdain is suitably overwhelmed.&quot;
