Another major Milestone, is this one for the Guinness books!? Then letterman, then a deserved holiday and sponsors!!! Cummon universe do your kabballah stuff, this guy got enough karma to save the world help him out here. Actually dude you should take that holidays anyways, I was looking at RV's other day, imagine setting off on a nice camping adventure? Congratulations on the 700th Episode, It feels like we'eve watched you grow up from a little kid into adulthood, Strangley It does feel like a whole bygone era of the overnightscape has passed, I for one will miss the longer shows but it all makes sense to keep changing and keeping it interesting for yourself, much more important then for us listeners, we just love your enthusiasm for your work, let no mistake be made a lot of work goes into the overnightscape, it feels kind of sad in a nostalgic kind of way that those days are gone, but the anticipation and curiosity of the depth and complexity the new shows will bring.

Boostah's comment, above, inspires this question: What product or service would be the perfect sponsor for The Overnightscape? A fine whiskey, perhaps? A cigar? A chocolate vegan cigar with a slight taste of fine whiskey?

Anyway, happy 700! Going to try out the audio comments system later, if I can think of anything to say!

Hi Frank,

Congratulations regarding your 700th episode! A while back, Greg and I talked about the crazy 1-900 phone number fad on The Paunch Stevenson Show. Every actor, musician, and cartoon character had a 1-900 number in the early 1990s. It didn't make sense. People were paying $5 per minute to listen to a recording.

I don't remember that 1-700 phone number service though. It seemed too convoluted for its own good.

Based on your description, I want to check out that Olafur Eliasson exhibit at MoMA. Seeing people in black-and-white should be cool. For his next exhibit, he should set something up that would allow people to see other people in 3D!

It's funny you got that email from Andie talking about you not recording your bathroom sequences and then you go on to talk about someone saying to someone else that they were glad, "they didn't have to piss in someone's back pocket." It's interesting because in Australia there is an expression, "to piss in someone's pocket," meaning to "blow smoke up someone's ass." Ironic since Andie is Australian.
